金管會公布「櫃買市場投資人結構及交易行為分析」結果指出，在2006年到2015年這10年間，上櫃股票市場買賣金額中，有84%是自然人，男性占近6成，並偏中高年齡層，逾40歲買賣金額占自然人交易79%，而且最愛投資生技股。
在上櫃股票市場投資人交易偏好部分，根據分析結果指出，上櫃股票市場以自然人為主，約占市場買賣金額8成，外資交易比重則呈長期緩步上揚趨勢。在自然人投資人中，以男性略多，由2006年占市場買賣金額55%，微幅上升至2015年的58%。
若以年齡區分，過去10年間以40歲至60歲自然人投資人為交易主力，約占上櫃股票市場自然人買賣金額50%，超過40歲以上投資人買賣金額則高達自然人交易79%，顯示上櫃股票市場自然人投資人較偏中高年齡層。
權證市場投資人交易偏好方面，分析結果顯示，權證市場也以自然人為主，占整體上櫃權證市場買賣金額99%以上，若以性別來看，以男性較多，占比也由2006年的62%，提升至2015年的71%，而自然人投資人中，以30歲至40歲為交易主力，約占權證市場自然人買賣金額40%。
至於上櫃股票市場特色產業投資人特性，生技產業投資人也以自然人為主，占生技產業買賣金額8成4以上。其中，男性略多，但占比從2006年的60%降至2015年的55%，而過去10年間，40歲至60歲自然人投資人為生技產業買賣主力，約占生技產業自然人買賣金額50%。
金管會過去也持續擴大當沖標的，這次分析2015年1月至2016年10月資料，2015年6月1日第一次擴大當沖標的後，當沖交易人數增加約93.39%、買賣金額攀升83.43%，2016年2月1日第二次擴大當沖標的後，與前次擴大當沖標的相較，雖當沖交易人數及買賣金額上升幅度較小，但整體而言仍有小幅成長。

「彌補歷史帶來的遺憾！」成功大學選在228前夕頒發畢業證書給3位，在45年前白色恐怖時期被退學的「學生」。校長蘇慧貞表示，學校希望將歷史「真實」累積起來，一切學校的作為，都是給現在校園內學生最好的教育，也是學校面向未來關於大學精神的嚴正宣示。
3位「學生」分別是化工系陳欽生、交管系吳榮元和吳俊宏，過去這段白色恐怖的混亂一直是校史裡的禁忌，蘇慧貞說，在歷史系王健文老師整理校史之後，才開始認識那段「不能說的日子」；很遺憾在當年沒辦法保護學生，這次選在228前夕頒發畢業證書，也是期許未來能做得更好。

出席的除了3位「學生」外，還有當年已從外文系畢業、正在當兵的鄧伯宸。蘇慧貞指出，成大很巧合的選擇當年學長們被捕的日期「223」來頒發畢業證書，也表示透過這樣的巧合，更能了解珍惜、連結歷史的重要性，將不同世代的生命串聯起來，未來能記取教訓，做得更好。
在1971年至1973年成大政治受難的校友，已知有11人；其中，鄧伯宸等4人畢業、陳欽生、吳榮元、吳俊宏等7人被迫中斷學業，目前成大積極跟本人或家屬連絡，將陸續補發畢業證書。在23日出席的4人，除陳欽生外，另3人都是成大共產黨案的思想犯，陳欽生則是被無端羅織罪名，以涉及台南美國新聞處爆炸案被捕，後來轉成參加馬來西亞共產黨而入罪。

成大共產黨案是成大部份學生，在接觸馬克思主義等社會主義思想之後，決定籌組成大共產黨發起革命。吳榮元副主席，吳俊宏則是黨員，鄧伯宸在學時與他們密切往來。隔年陸續被捕後，吳榮元被判處死刑，吳俊宏15年、鄧伯宸等判感化教育，事件引起社會與國際關注，最後吳榮元由死刑改判無期徒刑。
陳欽生被逮捕後遭到刑求，身心飽受極端痛苦與折磨面臨崩潰，嘗試自殺三次未遂，最後判刑12年。獲釋後卻拿不到身份證與護照，無法回馬來西亞，只好被迫「成為台灣人」，還不斷受到監控與騷擾，生路茫茫，生活無著。但他回頭看過去，表示得到的還是遠超過當時被政府剝奪的青春歲月。
陳欽生、吳榮元、吳俊宏、鄧伯宸等人過去也曾受邀回到校園跟年輕一輩說明當年事件經過，往事雖不堪回首，但他們並不後悔。陳欽生原已絕口不提痛苦記憶，但近年來他發現許多年輕人想知道過去發生什麼事，所以他全心投入重建歷史記憶，希望與大家分享親身經歷的故事。吳榮元、吳俊宏、鄧伯宸仍不改其志，熱情追求社會公義的實踐。
